This is our first experience with a new build, and while we didn't think we would ever buy a new house, we kept coming back to see the ones in Latoria Rise, as the floor plan was exactly what we wanted, and the quality was obvious. We did a lot of research and searching before we settled here, and are so glad we did.

In particular, we appreciate the attention to details, many of which are unique (for example, covered deck with green space, high quality suite - with room for storage, half washroom on the landing, window seats, etc.). When we asked about anything, Adam and the team were responsive, knowledgeable and reflected the thoughtfulness that went into creating a functional and attractive home. After viewing many homes and many new builds, we instantly recognized that Langdon-Weir homes were different from the rest. The quality of construction was apparent upon first entering the home. You could tell that much thought had been put into these homes from general layout and overall design to the minute finishing details.

After moving in, Chris and Adam have been receptive in repairing any issues that have come up as the house has settled into place. They are always friendly and even contributed to our annual block party with an industrial bbq and bouncy castle rental. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and would definitely purchase a Langdon-Weir home again!
